The reason I joined STLP is because I wanted
to learn more about computers. So far that is what I have been doing. I thought
at STLP we were just going to be working in the computer lab but we get to go to
computer fair and everything. It is a really exciting thing to be doing. For me
it is any way. At the end of this wonderful experience I know I will have
learned a whole lot more than I did when I joined STLP.
I joined STLP because I thought it would be a
great experience to learn a lot more about the computer I never knew. I also
joined it because if a computer ever broke down then I would try to fix it will
all the computer skills and all the goals I learned in STLP. I also wanted to
learn how to download anything into the computer, and that's why I joined STLP.
I joined STLP because, computers are very interesting to me, and I would like to find out more about them. My family has computers too. So if there is something wrong with their computer, I would like to fix it. So far in STLP, we have made web pages, brochures, and bookmarks. We have also gone to UK to see a man build a computer from scratch. The Tech Fair is on March 29, 2003 and we will present our web page. We have also learned about the different parts of the computer.
The reason I joined S.T.L.P is because I wanted to learn more about computers. But what I got in return for just signing that paper was magical. I learned how to create a homepage and how to change it if I don’t like it. My favorite thing is going to technology fairs. I also like working with computers. I made new friends. I learned how to use a digital camera. I learned how to clean a tower, monitor, and the screens. I learned how to replace a mouse. We printed a digital picture out on card stock paper and we laminated it. I also learned that laptops have a mouse on the keyboard. We made a greeting card for my sick grandmother and she absolutely loved it.
The reason I joined STLP is because I wanted to learn more about computers, I could learn how to clean the computer, I can help my mom, I can help my family, friends, and teachers! I have learned a lot in STLP! I love STLP!
